Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care to residents in our community in Glen Mills, PA. You will follow nursing standards of practice and Erickson Senior Living guidelines while building relationships with residents and families.

We offer a competitive pay scale of $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, shift differentials for evenings and nights, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and a robust benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical condition and document findings in the EMR.
• Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in care and service needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in the review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
