Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident nursing care and supervises aides within their unit.
• Acts as supervisor in a modified primary care setting.
• Documents evaluation, treatment, and resident data accurately.
• Maintains communication with physicians and reports lab/ X-ray results.
• Ensures ADL care and scheduled showers are provided.
• Facilitates problem solving and open staff communications.
• Complies with resident rights and HIPAA regulations.
• Participates in training, quality improvement, and safety programs.
