Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in NC in good standing.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident nursing care and supervises aides within their neighborhood/unit.
• Acts as supervisor in a modified primary care setting.
• Documents evaluations, treatments, and resident data accurately and timely.
• Maintains communication with physicians regarding resident care and lab results.
• Ensures compliance with resident rights and privacy policies.
• Supports quality improvement and safety programs within the facility.
