Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration, with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting to ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
