Ohana Pacific Health in Kaneohe, HI seeks a Cook to prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals for Kupuna, supporting both kitchen and dining areas. You will be responsible for meal quality and adherence to special diets while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of menu planning, kitchen management, and food inspection. The role offers PTO, tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, and a mission-driven team

Formación

• Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items.
• Knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene.

• Support kitchen and dining areas activities.
• Ensure quality of meals and compliance with special diets for our Kupuna.
• Breakdown and sanitize food service locations and equipment.
