Happier At Home – Northeast Iowa seeks an in-home senior caregiver to support aging adults in their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and help with mobility while promoting safety and independence.

Qualifikationen

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
