Job summary

Happier At Home – Northeast Iowa is seeking an in‑home senior caregiver to support aging adults in remaining independent and safe at home. You will build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate care.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and transportation to appointments. We value reliability, strong communication, and a caring attitude in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
