Job summary

Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a dependable Driver to provide safe transportation for residents and support facility operations. This full-time, non-union role focuses on delivering excellent service and maintaining safety during all trips.

The position requires a Montana driver’s license, customer service skills, and the ability to assist residents with mobility needs. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid Montana driver's license is required.
• Prior professional driving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs safely and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other destinations.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain transportation schedules and trip documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and facility policies.
• Assist with additional support tasks as assigned.
