Job summary

Towson Culinary is seeking a Long Term Care Dietitian in Willow Grove, PA. This role offers full-time or part-time options and involves delivering medical nutrition therapy and evaluating treatments in a nursing facility.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with federal/state standards, and help lead the nutrition program within the dining services department. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited college or university starting January 1, 2024.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and PA licensure or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Must follow CMS vaccination guidelines.
• Experience in facilities using quantity food production.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition services according to policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Plan, organize, develop, direct nutritional care per standards.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure daily quality nutrition services.
• Serve as a resource to Dining Services Dept Head for a clean, safe dietary environment.
• Act as liaison between dining and clinical staff for seamless communication.
• Support Company Purpose, Vision, Values, and DNA.
