Sunrise Senior Living in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support, assist with ADLs, follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), promote safety and independence, and engage residents through daily activities. You will support dining services, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and communicate with families and care leaders.

In Memory Care, you will contribute to enriching resident experiences and care outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Provide enriching activity experiences in Memory Care as applicable.
