Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Oakton, VA is seeking a Part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, helping with daily living activities and safety.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with dining, mobility, and personal care, and engage residents to promote well-being. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
