Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while following food safety guidelines and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include menu execution, inventory support, and positive interactions with residents and staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with ServSafe/food handler certification as per local rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required by state/county law.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies must be complied with.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
