Job summary

The Community Liaison role at Caretech is a full-time, on-site position based in the TriCities market. You will build and maintain strong relationships with seniors, families, referral partners, and local organizations to promote Caretech’s home care services.

You will conduct outreach at local events, visit hospitals and clinics, meet social workers and case managers, and guide families on care options, transitions from hospital to home, and Medicaid Waiver Programs.

Qualifications

• Community engagement and outreach skills to build partnerships and awareness of Caretech's services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to support seniors, families, and referral sources with clarity and empathy.
• Understanding of home care services and ability to explain options, processes, and available support programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with seniors, families, referral partners, and local organizations.
• Conduct community outreach at events and in the field.
• Visit hospitals and clinics to introduce Caretech's services to potential clients and partners.
• Explain Medicaid Waiver Programs and related resources to families.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
