Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clinic nursing functions including triage, home visits, and health updates.
• Assist with clerical operations and document care and orders.
• Administer medications, carry out treatments, and provide health instruction.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure continuity of care and referrals.
• Respond to medical emergencies and arrange follow-up as needed.
• Document with ICD-10 coding and maintain infection control standards.
