Responsibilities

• Provide routine geriatric health care services to residents in an assigned area based on resident needs.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Provide engagement to residents in a way that honors their preferences and encourages residents to participate in Life Enrichment events.
• Taking and recording vital signs and other data regarding the resident’s physical and mental status.
• Participate in resident care planning.
• Participate in peer reviews to monitor quality care issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
