Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina RN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/maintain quality documentation by the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with primary provider and nursing staff to clarify orders and concerns.
• Ensure completion of nursing assessments including Admissions assessments and quarterly risk assessments.
• On-call responsibilities evenings, weekends, and holidays in rotation of all Nurse Coordinators.
• Attend required educational sessions, in-services, and staff meetings.
