Job description

About the Opportunity

We are expanding a growing senior safety business in the U.S. market and are looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, or related healthcare services.

Our solutions are designed to help create safer environments for older adults and are intended for senior living communities, assisted living and memory care facilities, rehabilitation centers, healthcare providers, and other organizations serving older adults.

This is an opportunity to use your existing relationships and healthcare business development experience to introduce innovative senior safety solutions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who currently work—or have previously worked as:

  • Home Health Account Executive
  • Hospice Account Executive
  • Community Liaison
  • Healthcare Business Development Representative
  • Senior Living Community Relations Director
  • Senior Living Sales Counselor
  • Rehabilitation / Skilled Nursing Business Development Representative
  • Hospital or Post-Acute Care Liaison
  • Healthcare Referral Development Representative

If you already have relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, case managers, social workers, administrators, or senior care professionals in the DFW area, your experience can be highly valuable in this role.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be to develop new relationships and create business opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
  • Develop relationships with Home Health, Hospice, Rehab, Skilled Nursing, and other senior care organizations
  • Introduce senior safety solutions to Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, Administrators, Therapy Leaders, Facility Managers, and other decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person outreach to prospective customers
  • Attend senior care networking events, industry meetings, and community events
  • Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations
  • Identify opportunities for product trials and pilot programs
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity information in our CRM
  • Coordinate with management on presentations, trials, proposals, and closing opportunities
  • Develop referral relationships with professionals serving the senior population
Why Your Home Health / Hospice Experience Matters

Professionals in Home Health and Hospice already understand how to develop relationships with:

  • Assisted Living communities
  • Memory Care communities
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Rehabilitation facilities
  • Hospital Case Managers
  • Social Workers
  • Executive Directors
  • Directors of Nursing
  • Senior Care professionals

Those relationship-building skills are exactly what we are looking for.

You do not need prior flooring or construction sales experience.

We will provide training on our products, customer applications, sales materials, and sales process.

What matters most is your ability to open doors, build trust, communicate clearly, and develop long-term relationships within the senior care community.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of Business Development, Community Liaison, Account Executive, or outside sales experience
  • Experience in Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Healthcare, or related industries
  • Existing relationships within the Dallas-Fort Worth senior care community strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new referral or business relationships
  • Comfortable conducting outbound calls and visiting prospective customers in person
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication
  • Comfortable working independently in a growing business environment
  • Basic CRM and sales activity tracking experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DFW area
What Success Looks Like

Successful team members will consistently:

  • Develop new senior care industry relationships
  • Schedule qualified customer meetings
  • Generate product demonstration and trial opportunities
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects
  • Build a strong local referral network
  • Convert relationships into qualified sales opportunities
  • Help grow our presence throughout the DFW senior care market
