Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role focuses on daily resident tasks, dignity, and quality of life, while following individual care plans and reporting changes to the care team.

As a Culture Ambassador, the RCA will model the company values, provide physical, emotional, and psychosocial support, and maintain confidentiality, safety, and respectful communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, serving orientation; prior experience not required.
• Willingness to obtain direct-care certification and CPR/First Aid per policy.
• Ability to assist residents with daily tasks and maintain dignity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and communicate with care team.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform routine care rounds per individualized care plans.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to resident, visitor, and staff inquiries.
