Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and communicate care changes to the Resident Care Director.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform rounds to meet resident needs per individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using safe body mechanics.
