Job summary

Qualifications

• Compassionate disposition and a desire to serve.
• Ability to fulfill both the physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Direct-Care certification required or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks.
• Aid residents with mobility.
• Make routine resident care rounds.
• Document daily care activities.
• Respond to inquiries from residents and staff.
