Job summary

Mint Hill Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. The role emphasizes empathy, attention to detail, and compassionate care.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and engage residents in community activities while maintaining infection control and safety standards. A high school diploma and PCA/CNA training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with ADLs.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Engage residents through companionship and social activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe living areas; follow infection control protocols.
