Home Again Living is seeking Resident Assistants to provide compassionate care and support to residents in a welcoming, home-like environment. You will help with daily activities, meals, mobility, and life enrichment, while delivering respectful, individualized care in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
