Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offer friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Support the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
