Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff at their 72-bed Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Palliative care Home in Ware, Herefordshire. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, as well as leading and mentoring your team. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, medication administration, and daily activities, while ensuring the well-being and safety of the residents. Qualifications

• You should have previous experience working as a Care Assistant, with a strong understanding of person-centered care. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the residents.
