SNF/Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Admissions Coordinator / Sales and Marketing specialist to support inquiry handling, tours, and assessments. The role drives admissions through targeted outreach and effective facility marketing programs.

Responsibilities include screening prospective residents, coordinating admissions with staff, and maintaining relationships with referral sources to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for both acute and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications or related field.
• Two years of sales/marketing experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled residents.
• Comply with Residents’ Rights and Facility Policies.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiry calls, schedule facility tours, and manage admissions screenings.
• Promote the facility and its services to referring agencies and community contacts.
• Maintain bed availability, inquiry logs, and admissions documentation.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to sustain census.
• Coordinate with Administrators and Nursing/Business Office for admissions.
