The ideal candidate has five+ years of senior care leadership, a Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license, strong team-building, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Proven knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with budgets, revenue, and cost control.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations.
