Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience managing payroll, budgeting, staffing, and employee development.
• Strong knowledge of long‑term care, adult homes, or assisted living operations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily facility operations, including staffing, payroll, budgeting, and employee development.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention through consistent, high-quality service.
• Lead and support staff, proactively solving problems and resolving resident and family concerns.
• Administer the annual resident satisfaction survey and act on the results.
• Ensure the building, grounds, and property meet company standards through preventive maintenance programs and regular inspections.
• Maintain full compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations and keep the facility survey ready at all times.
• Foster a stable, respectful environment where residents’ personal dignity is always protected.
• Partner with corporate leadership on reporting, budgets, and operational goals.
• Represent the facility with government agencies, professional organizations, and community groups.
