Job summary

New Haven Manor in Far Rockaway, NY seeks an experienced RN Administrator / Director of Patient Services to lead its ALP and LHCSA programs on-site. This executive will ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality, staffing, and financial performance while coordinating with corporate and external partners.

The role requires NYS RN licensure and 3–5 years of leadership in relevant long-term care settings, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license is required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, ALP, LHCSA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of NYS DOH regulations and survey processes.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services, staffing, and financial operations for ALP and LHCSA.
• Ensure compliance with NY DOH, ACF, LHCSA, and CHRC regulations.
• Develop and update person-centered care plans for residents.
• Supervise medication administration and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
• Review census, incidents, budgets, and compliance reports with leadership.
• Coordinate with corporate, PACE, and MLTC partners for care coordination.
