Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated experience building credibility with key customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in cardiovascular preferred.
• Strong selling and promotional skills with track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to appropriate patients.
• Maintains scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE³ to derive insights and inform call plans; provides feedback for improvement.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
