Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for the Cardiovascular area in the United States. You will be the main clinical knowledge resource for medical professionals and help them navigate payer environments, promoting Amgen products and implementing marketing strategy.

This role emphasizes building relationships, achieving territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, and collaborating with district leadership to plan and execute access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and drive appropriate utilization.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages and education programs.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow professionally.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products while maintaining patient focus throughout the sales cycle.
