Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech or medical devices, or 6+ years non-sales clinical experience.
• Senior role requires 3+ years sales and/or clinical experience or 8 years if HS.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussions on access and reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and analyze territory performance and plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and continuously learn and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and uphold values throughout the sales cycle.
