Job summary

The position requires ARDMS/CCI certification or registry eligibility within 1 year, an associate degree in Sonography or related field, and at least 1 year of acute hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Sonography, Radiology or a related field within 3 months of hire.
• Registered by ARDMS/CCI or registry-eligible and registered within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac ultrasound imaging and vascular studies.
• Delivers pre- and post-procedure patient care and emergency cardiac care.
• Maintains equipment calibration and records quality assurance.
• Responds to on-call needs and supports education of staff and learners.
