Medtronic Boise-based CRM Clinical Specialist position seeking experienced professionals to provide technical and educational support for cardiac rhythm management therapies across the Boise territory. The role involves regular travel to customer sites, weekend/after-hours coverage as needed, and ongoing clinical collaboration.

Applicants should have healthcare/field sales experience and relevant degrees. Strong knowledge of cardiac devices and programming is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma plus a minimum 8 years or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum 6 years or Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering is preferred.
• 4+ years in Cath lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic with cardiology knowledge and hands-on experience with cardiac device interrogation and basic programming.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks/interrogations, supporting implants, troubleshooting issues, and applying knowledge gained through CRM field training.
• Coordinate operational support by ensuring accurate patient documentation, managing inventory and equipment resources, maintaining programmer software, and assisting with daily coverage logistics.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and solutions, while supporting onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the value of Medtronic CRM products and solutions.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer clinics, hospitals, and business meetings, with frequent independent driving – approx 80% of the time.

High School Diploma + 8 years experience

Associate’s Degree + 6 years experience
