Bank of America is seeking a Senior Business Control Specialist to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the Card Payment Network Acquiring business. You will partner with business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance to strengthen controls and support complex initiatives.

You will leverage analytics, technology, and approved AI capabilities to improve decision-making, governance reporting, and risk remediation in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Formación

• Experience in risk management and controls.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with governance and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and strengthen business controls across Card Payment Network Acquiring.
• Identify, assess, and remediate operational, compliance, and reputational risks.
