Swift Wash is a modern, express car wash that is seeking hard-working and dependable Team Members to join our growing company. Benefits and Compensation

• Compensation of $20-$22/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!

• Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week, with a consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours.
• No previous car wash experience needed – we provide on-the-job training for all Team Members.
• Clear growth path from Senior Attendant to Site Manager, with salary, health benefits, and paid time off!

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Maintaining a welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing.
• Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system.
• Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS system.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, and contribute as a team member, executing the Swift Wash way to a high standard.
• Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and during holidays.
• Ability to use maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as pressure washers, lawn care tools, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, and hand tools.
• Ability to handle chemicals and cleaning supplies frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.) frequently.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.
• Minimum of 5 consistent years of employment; leadership roles preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
