Swift Wash is a modern, express car wash that is seeking hard-working and dependable Team Members to join our growing company. Benefits and Compensation

• Compensation of $20-$22/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!
• Manager who genuinely cares about your development.
• Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week, with a consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours.
• No previous car wash experience needed – we provide on-the-job training for all Team Members.
• Opportunities for growth from Senior Attendant to Site Manager, including salary, health benefits, and paid time off.
• All Team Members wash their cars for free!

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Maintaining a welcoming facility, including cleaning and organizing.
• Assisting customers with selections and purchases at pay stations.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system.
• Assisting customers with club memberships at the POS system.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic, be teachable and coachable, and contribute positively to the team, executing tasks to high standards.
• Must be available to work any shift, any day, including holidays.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment such as pressure washers, lawn care tools, ladders, and hand tools.
• Ability to handle chemicals and cleaning supplies frequently.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and loud environments.
• Minimum of 5 consistent years of employment, with leadership roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
