Swift Wash is a modern, express car wash that is seeking hardworking and dependable Team Members to join our growing company. 1. Compensation of $18-$19/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!
2. Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours!
3. Manager that genuinely cares about you and is committed to your development.
4. No previous car wash experience is needed – we provide on-the-job training for all Team Members.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
2. Maintaining a welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing.
3. Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations.
4. Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system.
5. Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS system.
6. Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

1. Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and willing to execute the Swift Wash way at a high standard.
2. Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and on holidays.
3. Ability to frequently use maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal tools, ladders, and hand tools.
4. Ability to handle and use chemicals and cleaning supplies regularly.
5. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.) frequently.
6. Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.
7. Must have a valid driver's license.
8. Must be 18 or older.
9. Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
