Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP or PE is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and real estate portfolio management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce client-facing reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulatory requirements.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
