Educational Service District 112 seeks a Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead K-12 building projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You will coordinate multi-phase initiatives, oversee procurement, and serve as owner’s representative through design, construction and closeout.

The role requires extensive experience in public-sector construction, strong leadership, and keenness for compliance with state regulations. Hybrid work with travel to districts and sites is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field with required years of experience.
• Experience in public-sector procurement in WA for K-12.
• Experience leading a PM team and primary contact for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of Washington contract law and regulations.
• Experience with proposals and public presentations.
