Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking a capable project controls leader to head a dedicated Capital Projects IPT. You will plan scope, schedule, and budgets, manage risks and perform confidence assessments for contingency planning, while coordinating with owners and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong EVMS expertise, extensive communication with senior management, and experience in highly sensitive national security environments.

Formación

• Experience leading project teams delivering construction projects with EVMS.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop execution plans, WBS, work packages, and baselines; manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical baselines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Integrated Project Team (IPT) to plan scope, schedule and budget baselines.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks; develop contingency and management reserve estimates.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, startup activities and closeout with stakeholders.
• Communicate project status to owners, stakeholders and senior management.
