Job summary

Sila Nanotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Capital Projects team in Alameda, CA to lead FEED and construction for major capital initiatives, including Moses Lake expansion.

You will direct internal teams and collaborate with external partners to deliver safely, on time, and within budget. You will supervise engineers, managers, and schedulers, driving innovation with modular construction and digital tracking while ensuring strict safety and grant compliance

Qualifications

10+ years in project or construction management, including ground-up builds.
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or construction management.
Proven supervision of internal project teams.

Responsibilities

Direct and lead key phases of large capital projects and construction management, including FEED and closeout.
Drive execution efficiencies via modular construction, prefabrication, lean techniques, and digital tracking.
Supervise Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Project Schedulers to ensure tasks are executed.
Ensure safety and grant compliance with all applicable regulations and grant stipulations.
Own project budget and construction schedule, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
Provide leadership to onsite construction teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
