Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project or construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or construction management field.
• Proven experience supervising project teams and large-scale capital projects.
• Experience with government grant compliance is highly desired.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead phases of large capital projects and construction management.
• Drive execution efficiencies via novel strategies like modularization and lean construction.
• Direct, manage, and mentor project personnel ensuring task delegation and performance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Own project budget and construction schedule; coordinate across stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to onsite teams and coordinate with vendors and modules.
• Apply standard project management processes to reduce risk and accelerate delivery.
• Manage change orders, documentation, and RFI processes.
• Identify and resolve field issues impacting safety, quality, or timeline.
