Cyclic Materials is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects from front‑end planning through execution. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to deliver on scope, cost, schedule, and performance.

Based in South Carolina with regular travel to Toronto, this full‑time hybrid role requires a PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt, 10+ years of experience, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• Strong understanding of project controls including cost, schedule and performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in metals recycling, industrial or manufacturing environments related to metals/mining is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams across multiple capital projects and studies through front‑end to execution phases.
• Collaborate with capital project colleagues and cross‑functional teams to create accurate budgets, resource plans and schedules.
• Lead development of project scope, budget, WBS, schedule, estimating and commissioning plans.
• Define scope, objectives, risks, and constraints during front‑end planning and execution.
• Work with project controls on cost tracking, invoicing, scheduling and performance reporting.
• Perform process mapping, root cause analysis, gap analysis and value engineering to identify efficiencies.
• Maintain timely delivery with fit‑for‑purpose solutions and accountability for resources.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.
• Create and maintain a project risk register and proactively manage risks.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and alignment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
