Job summary

The Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Senior Project Programs and Planning Engineer (GS-12) to join the 6th Civil Engineer Squadron at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. You will drive multi-year CIP programs, bridging facilities engineering and executive capital planning while coordinating with A&E firms and GC teams.

Qualifications include 5+ years in facilities engineering or construction program management, a BS in a relevant field, and a PE/RA/PMP is a plus. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities engineering or construction program management.
• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or General Engineering (or Architecture).
• PE license, RA credential, or PMP certification is a huge plus.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-year CapEx budgets and facility master plans.
• Utilize asset lifecycle data (SMS/FCI) to prioritize modernization and restoration.
• Serve as technical liaison between executive stakeholders, A&E firms, and general contractors.
• Lead contract administration, SOW development, and design specification reviews.
