Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking experienced Engineers to support Luke AFB with installation planning, project development, and cost estimation for facility and infrastructure projects.

The role involves full lifecycle support from planning through construction, with expertise in PACES, AutoCAD, Revit, RSMeans, and MS Office. Candidates should have eight+ years of related experience and be able to pass security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least eight years in facility planning, design, programming, or estimating.
• Experience in installation planning, project development, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with AF forms and budgeting processes is a plus.
• Ability to pass background investigations and access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and planning support for facility and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Develop project scopes, 1391 packages, and cost estimates using PACES and RSMeans.
• Support installation development planning, space utilization, and facility assessments.
• Perform construction management and QA inspections, RFI responses, and contract modification support.
• Provide acquisition support, market research, IGCEs, and lifecycle cost analyses.
