Job summary

Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking experienced Engineers to support the 56th Civil Engineering Squadron (56 CES) at Luke AFB with installation planning, project development, cost estimation, construction management, and acquisition support.

You will manage the full lifecycle of facility projects, using PACES, AutoCAD, Revit, RSMeans, and MS Office to deliver quality results while meeting Air Force requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, or structural engineering or equivalent education and 8+ years in facility planning/design/estimating.
• Experience in installation planning, project development, cost estimating, construction administration, and facility management support.
• Proficiency with PACES, AutoCAD, Revit, RSMeans, and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and planning support for facility and infrastructure projects from planning through construction completion.
• Develop project scopes, 1391 packages, AF forms 813, planning charrette reports, and cost estimates using PACES and RSMeans.
• Support installation development planning, space utilization analysis, facility assessments, and community planning.
• Perform construction management and Title II services, including QA inspections, submittal reviews, schedule reviews, progress reporting, RFI responses, and contract modification support.
• Provide acquisition support, market research, IGCEs, lifecycle cost analyses, and data management support.
