Job summary

American Advanced Materials seeks an exceptional capital projects leader to own front-end engineering and capital project execution for a first-of-its-kind materials plant. You will coordinate with engineering, site operations, utilities, procurement, and external EPC+GC partners to ensure readiness and execution across a multi-year program.

You will drive FEED deliverables, develop disciplined execution roadmaps, manage project controls, and build an operating cadence that moves a lean team

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex programs with multi-stakeholder involvement.
• Experience managing FEED, EPC, and large-scale capital projects ($100M–$1B CAPEX).
• Strong technical fluency in process engineering and facility design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated plan for FEED, site selection, permitting, procurement, and execution.
• Drive FEED deliverables across internal and external teams and vendors.
• Translate objectives into disciplined execution roadmaps with milestones and risks.
• Lead project controls for schedule, budget, scope changes, and reporting.
• Coordinate production of core engineering packages and cost estimates.
