Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in capital improvements, renovations, or asset enhancement.
• Experience managing large-scale renovations with budgets >$100K.
• Strong vendor management including contracts and performance oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Passion for design, space planning, and resident experience.
• Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% for oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept to completion.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Oversee annual and multi-year capital budgets.
• Manage procurement and contracting activities.
• Deliver weekly/monthly status reports to leadership.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
