Job summary

Commonwealth Rolled Products Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex capital projects from concept through commissioning and closeout.

You will manage all phases, including scope, FEL studies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and startup, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting safety and quality requirements. You will guide cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, Contractors, and OEM partners,

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering, construction, or industrial project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering large capital projects in active manufacturing environments with minimal disruption and coordinating work during planned outages.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, contractors, and OEMs.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles: scope, cost, scheduling, risk, change, and execution.
• Experience managing engineering firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, and external project resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of large, complex capital projects from concept through commissioning and project closeout.
• Manage all project phases including scope development, FEL studies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, execution, startup, and performance verification.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with defined business objectives and operational requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams comprising Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, Contractors, and OEM partners.
• Coordinate project activities with production schedules, maintenance outages, and plant operating requirements to minimize business disruption.
