The role focuses on design, development, and implementation of project plans, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with travel up to 50% and an emphasis on stakeholder coordination and contract management.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and construction industry knowledge.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and capital program management.
• Ability to lead teams, supervise staff, and manage contract consultants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of capital works projects—from concept through construction and commissioning.
• Planning & Development: Develop project scopes, objectives, and feasibility studies with stakeholders.
• Budget & Finance: Prepare and monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and consultants to coordinate activities.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Regulatory Compliance: Secure permits, licenses, and approvals from authorities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track progress, manage scope changes, schedule and cost, reporting to management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and overruns.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records.
